Abstract
This Decree implements provisions of the Reindeer Husbandry Act in respect of, among other things: keeping a register of the reindeer herding cooperatives in the territory of a State Provincial Office; internal organization of reindeer herding cooperatives; division of reindeer herding area into reindeer marking districts; and earmarking of reindeers.
