Abstract
These Regulations amend the principle Regulations by inserting new regulation 5A regarding the exemption from Section 9(1)(e)(ii) of the Act for any contract of tenancy of an agricultural holding subsisting at or after 29 December 1967 in relation to land where the Government or the iTaukei Land Trust Board is the landlord.
