Abstract
These Regulations list the fees and charges relating to (i) permits, (ii) import and export of plant and animals and their products, (iii) conveyance clearance, and (iv) miscellaneous, such as veterinary drugs and chemicals, in the Schedule. These Regulations repeal all regulations and legal instruments relating to any fees and charges that were enacted in the Animals Importation Act (Cap. 159), the Animals (Contagious Diseases) Act (Cap. 160) and the Plant Quarantine Act (Cap. 156).
