These Regulations lay down rules relating to the composition, members, meetings of the Co-operative Advisory Board; reference of dispute to the Registrar or to the Tribunal; appeal to the Tribunal; proceedings before Tribunal; application for registration of a co-operative; registration fee; and penalties.
