Abstract
The Amendment appoints Port Denarau as a point of entry for yachts. Port Denarau as an approved port of entry must comply with the following conditions—
(a) the area must be secured;
(b) CCTV cameras must be installed at strategic locations to enable a clear view of all movements;
(c) the CCTV system must have the capability for offsite monitoring by the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service;
(d) the port must have an electronic capturing system of all yacht movements;
(e) the electronic register must also keep a record of all movements of the crew in and out of anchorage;
(f) the port must comply with all relevant laws; and
(g) the port must adhere to the requirements of other border agencies.
