Abstract
These Regulations prescribe the percentage of the money collected for the payment of the Environment and Climate Adaptation Levy that is to be paid into the Climate Relocation of Communities Trust Fund as 3%. This percentage are set out in accordance with the purposes of section 12(3)(a) of the Environment and Climate Adaptation Levy Act 2015.
