Abstract
This Regulation amends certain definitions by deleting and substituting new terms under regulation 2. For instance Local authority now means the relevant municipal council under the Local Government Act 1972 whilst Waste management authority which relates to any facility or premises, now means the relevant municipal council under the Local Government Act 1972.
