Abstract
This Decree stipulates that provisions of this Decree or any other Decree made in accordance with the powers vested the President and Commander in Chief of the Republic of the Fiji Military Forces, the Existing Laws in force immediately before the 10th day of April 2009 shall continue in force and shall be read with such modifications, adaptations, qualifications and exceptions as may be necessary.
