Abstract
This Decree makes provision for the incorporation of the Fiji Pine Limited and the establishment of the Fiji Pine Trust and the Forestry Industry Assistance Fund. Assets, liabilities and obligations of the Fiji Pine Commission shall be transferred to the Company. The Fund shall also lend assistance to private landowners for the development of forest schemes.
