Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (Price Control) (Food Item Prices) Order 2021 (L.N. No. 97 of 2021).

This Order lays down rules relating to the maximum wholesale, re-wholesale, retail price of any price controlled item, marking of goods and the obligation of any trader dealing in a price controlled item to keep the records and accounts. The Schedule specifies price controlled items, including milk, butter, meat, fish, edible oil, vegetables, rice, salt, sugar and tea.
