Abstract
This Order lays down rules relating to the maximum wholesale, re-wholesale, retail price of any price controlled item, marking of goods and the obligation of any trader dealing in a price controlled item to keep the records and accounts. The Schedule specifies price controlled items, including milk, butter, meat, fish, edible oil, vegetables, rice, salt, sugar and tea. The specific details of the ingredient, flavour, weight, quantity and packaging in the Schedule are subject to the Commission’s listing.
