Abstract

A licence may be granted under section 33 of the Act not exceeding thirty years in the case of a timber concession or ten years in any other case and may be made subject to conditions specified in regulation 3. A licence may be revoked by the Conservator of Forests on the ground that any condition subject to which the licence was granted has not been complied with. The forest produce shall be taken to a place as may be specified in the licence to be weighed, measured or counted and shall not be removed except with a removal pass or a letter of forest officer.
