Ionising Radiations Ordinance, 1969 (No. 44 of 1969).

These Regulations impose duties on employers to protect employees and other persons against ionising radiation arising from work with radioactive substances and other sources of ionising radiation. A licence is required for ionising machines or apparatus. The licences must be obtained from the Director of Medical Services.
