Abstract
The Decree amends the iTaukei Affairs Act Cap 120 by substituting the word native with iTaukei wherever it appears. Also, a new section has been inserted after section 2, referred as 2A whereby it amends all written laws that make reference to ‘Fijians’ wherever it appears and wherever it currently refers to ‘indigenous Fijians’ and replacing it with the word ‘iTaukei’.
