Abstract
No person shall injure or destroy any tree, shrub or plant, pluck any fruit, etc. in parks or reserves. Specified activities in parks or reserves require a permission of the Lautoka Town Council. Fishing or polluting waters in parks and reserves is prohibited. The Council may appoint a ranger or overseer for parks and reserves. This officer shall have powers to prosecute offences in the name of the Council. (15 by-laws)
