Litter (Amendment) Act, 1996 (No. 19 of 1996).

The principal Decree is amended by adding a new section making provision for procedures consequent upon issue of fixed penalty notice. Section 16 is amended so as to provide anew for the issue of such notice. Section of the principal Decree is amended by inserting the words "or unlawfully removes a litter bin" between the words "bin" and "is" in the first line.
