Abstract
This Act amends Section 35(5) of the Principal Act by replacing 55 with 60, however this amendment does not apply to individuals who have already reached the age of 55 before the commencement of this Act. This Act repeals subsection (2) of Section 78 and replaces with a new provision stating that overdue rates will accrue interest at a rate determined by regulations.
