Abstract
Schedule 1 of this Order sets out organisms which are declared to be notifiable pests and diseases in or on plants. This Order lays down rules relating to notifying the Biosecurity Authority in case of knowing or suspicion of the occurrence of a pest or disease listed in Schedule 1 in or on a plant in Fiji. A person who contravenes this Order commits an offence and is liable to the penalties prescribed under Schedule 5 of the Biosecurity Act.
