Abstract
This Decree amends the Offshore Fisheries Management Decree 2012 by making minor changes to sections 12, 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, 33, 44, 62 and 72. Those provisions concern, among other things: composition of the Offshore Fisheries Advisory Council, driftnet fishing activities, licences, appeals on decisions concerning licences and release of seized property subject to sureties and conditions.
