Abstract
This Notice amends Schedule 2A on seasonal and species restrictions to the Offshore Fisheries Management Regulations 2014. It inserts new paragraph 6 regarding the exemption of all species of sea cucumber listed in the table, except for “black teat fish” and “white teatfish” species of sea cucumber, from the seasonal ban from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023.
