Abstract
This Notice amends Schedule 2A on seasonal and species restrictions to the Offshore Fisheries Management Regulations 2014. It amends subparagraph (1) of paragraph 6 by extending the seasonal ban ending on 31 December 2023 until 29 February 2024. It also inserts new subparagraph as follows: "Notwithstanding subparagraph (1), from 1 January 2024 to 29 February 2024, the lifting of the seasonal ban does not apply to the harvesting of all species of sea cucumber listed in the table under paragraph 1.".
