Abstract
This Act amends the title of the Principal Act as "Ozone Depleting Substances with high global warming potential". The Schedule to the Principal Act is amended as Schedule 1 listing the controlled substances and Schedule 2 prohibiting the import, export or manufacture of HCFC-142 with effect from 1 January 2021.
