Abstract
This Act makes several amendments in the field of offences and penalties in the Principal Act regarding removal of any person suffering or suspected to be suffering from any infectious disease, obstructing Permanent Secretary or a medical officer of health, failure to notify about infectious diseases, and offences with respect to infectious diseases.
