Small Claims Tribunal Decree (Amendment) Act 1994 (No. 22 of 1994).

This Decree amends the Small Claims Tribunal Decree: in section 2 by giving a new definition of Registrar ; in section 5 by replacing the expression Chief Magistrate and replacing it with the expression Chief Registrar ; in section 15(3), by repealing proved and replace it with provided ; in section 15(5), by repealing if there were no dispute ; and by inserting in the First Schedule a new form regarding the application to enforce an alternative to a Work Order.
