Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority (Amendment) Act 1996 (No. 12 of 1996).

This Act amends the Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority Act: by changing its title into the "Sugar Cane Growers Fund Act" and to delete the word "Authority" wherever the words "Sugar Cane Growers Fund Authority" appear; with respect to constitution and functions of the Board of the Fund; and with respect to precedence of repayment to the Fund of money lent to a cane grower by the Fund on the basis of security.
