Trade Standards and Quality Control (Amendment) Decree 2011 (No. 1 of 2011).

This Decree amends the Trade Standards and Quality Control Decree 1992 by inserting in section 4 a definition of 'government entities' and in section 32 by allowing the Minister to exempt a class or classes of persons including government entities within geographic areas of Fiji from the application of subsection (1) of section 32 upon terms and conditions as the Minister may determine. Section 32 concerns the declaration of dangerous goods.
