Abstract
This Act makes amendments in the principal Act by amending the definition of Registrar in Section 2; by amending Section 6 regarding the requirements for persons to be entitled to registration; by amending Section 7 regarding the procedures of the application to the Registrar; and by inserting Section 13A concerning the power of the Minister to make regulations regarding fees, forms, and offences and penalties.
