Water Resource Tax (Amendment) Decree 2011 (No. 14 of 2011).

This Decree amends the Water Resource Tax Promulgation 2008 in sections 5 and 6 in relation with imposition and payment of water resource tax payable by any business extracting water in its natural state for the purpose of bottling or packaging for sale. It also inserts a new section (14A) in the Promulgation concerning the right of the Comptroller to station an officer in the premises that is extracting water for purposes of control and enforcement of compliance with the Promulgation.
