Chapter 1 of Title 20 of the Yap State Code - Planning Commissions.

This Chapter provides for the creation of the Yap Islands Planning Commission and the Outer Islands Planning Commission, defines their functions and powers and provides with respect to their internal organization. The Commissions shall have such functions and duties as are assigned to them by the Land Planning Act and as are otherwise delegated or assigned to them by law.
