Chapter 10 of Title 18 of the Yap State Code - Wildlife Conservation.

This Chapter makes provision with respect to selected issues of wildlife conservation of fisheries including: seasons for the hunting of wild pigeons; declaration of a wildlfire emergency; protection of turtles and specified crustacean and molluscs; protection of plants planted by the State; prohibited fishing methods; and the power of the Governor to declare a temporary moratorium on the harvesting of a species or class of marine life.
