Chapter 12 of Title 55 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia - FSM Trust Fund Act.

This Act establishes the Federated States of Micronesia Trust Fund. The Fund shall be a single investment fund in which all levels of government may participate in order to contribute to the long-term financial viability of the FSM by providing an additional source of revenue and to enhance the capacity of the National Government to receive and effectively utilize external resources in order to meet development goals.
