Abstract
This Act provides for the creation of the Federated States of Micronesia Coconut Development Authority and defines its functions and powers and internal organization.
The Authority may engage in the manufacture or processing of and trade in all products derived from the coconut tree and inspect and improve the quality of products derived from the coconut tree. Other powers include the fixing of wholesale prices and issuing of Regulations regarding operations and conduct of the Authority.
