Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Federated States of Micronesia Petroleum Corporation as a body corporate, defines its functions and powers and internal organization.
The Corporation shall, among other things: be instrumental in petroleum storage and distribution; make safety, health and environmental considerations a priority in planning; and in the development of new products and processes to advise on health and environmental hazards and to recommend protective measures.
