Abstract
This Chapter establishes the Pohnpei Fisheries Corporation, defines its functions and powers and provides for its administration and management.
This public corporation shall be instrumental in the development of fishing and fish processing in Pohnpei and may, among other things, operate fishing vessels and fish processing plants. The Corporation shall be managed by a board.
