Chapter 4 of Title 18 of the Yap State Code - Lagoons and Waters.

This Chapter prohibits the disposal of petroleum products in lagoons, on the shore line below the high-water mark and in the State Fishery Waters and prohibits the damaging of coral reefs or parts of the natural environment that is important to the maintenance of coral reefs including seagrass areas and mangroves.
