Abstract
The purpose of this Chapter is to create a public corporation to promote the development of pelagic fisheries and related industries for the economic benefit of the people of Chuuk State.
The Corporation may engage in any commercial activity which will further the development of the fisheries industry in Chuuk State. It shall be managed by a Board of Directors to be composed of public officers or other persons appointed by public bodies.
