Abstract
This Chapter imposes an environmental tax on the first-time sale of metal cans that may be instrumental in littering. All persons who sell beverages in metal cans shall keep accurate records of all sales and all taxes collected. The Chapter also provides for a collection and recycling programme for such polluting materials.
