Abstract
This Chapter provides for the establishment of the Gagil-Tomil Water Authority and defines its functions, powers and internal organization. The Authority shall carry on the business of establishing, developing, maintaining, operating and managing the Gagil-Tomil Water System. The Authority shall be managed by a Board composed of public officers. The Governor may intervene in the affairs of the Authority.
