Abstract
This Act establishes the Kosrae Port Authority and defines its powers, functions and internal organization.
The Authority shall, among other things, operate, manage, equip, and maintain all ports of entry and issue and enforce Regulations for purpose of this Chapter. The Authority shall be managed by a Board of Directors to be appointed by the Governor.
