Abstract
This Chapter defines the offence of wilfully and knowingly allowing livestock outside of an enclosure without maintaining the control of livestock by herdsman, device or some other means. Owners of land may seize, confiscate or kill such livestock if real or personal property is damaged by the trespassing livestock and they shall not incur liability to the owner of the livestock. They shall also be entitled to compensation from the owner of the livestock.
