Chapter 8 of Title 36 of the Pohnpei State Code - Financing Fisheries Programmes.

This Chapter provides for the financing of programmes aiming at state participation for purposes of development and promotion of a comprehensive fisheries industry in Pohnpei. The Governor is authorized to enter into a financing agreement to construct, purchase and operate the fisheries complex as provided in other legislation and to purchase and operate purse seine tuna vessels.
