Plant and Animal Quarantine Regulations- Part V - Specific Plant Prohibitions.

This Part of the Plant and Animal Quarantine Regulations of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) concerns the entry of fresh fruit and vegetables into the FSM. Plants and plant materials listed in Schedule I to these Regulations may be imported into the FSM from a place outside the FSM, subject to the specific prohibitions set forth in the third column of Schedule I. Plants and plant materials listed in Schedule Il to these Regulations may be transferred from one State of the FSM to another State of the FSM, subject to the specific prohibitions shown in the third column of Schedule II.
