Abstract
This Act further amends Title 24 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia on marine resources so as to provide that a foreign fishing agreement or domestic-based fishing agreement shall require the approval of the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia by resolution. It is also provided that when Congress is not in session, an agreement shall take effect if approved by both the Committee on Resources and Development and the Committee on Ways and Means.
