Abstract
This Act amends Title 24 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia so as to extend the requirement contained in section 913(4)(b) regarding the possession, handling and sale of unlawfully-taken fish, shark, or shark fins to purse seine fishing as from 31 October 2015. That provision requires fishing vessels to ensure that sharks are landed whole with all shark fins attached to the carcass.
