Abstract
This Act amends Section 632 of Title 55 of the Code of the Federated States of Micronesia with respect to use of moneys from the Fisheries Observer Revolving Fund and the maximum amount of money that shall be paid into that Fund. Any amount in excess of $1,000,000 shall be paid into the General Fund.
