Abstract
This Act provides rules relative to the fishing for and harvesting, taking, processing or marketing of specified marine living resources, grants powers to the Director of the Department of Land and Natural Resources to issue Rules and Regulations for the implementation and enforcement of this Act and defines offences.
Specific marine living resources, the taking of which is regulated, prohibited or restricted are: black coral, bumphead parrotfish, mangrove crabs, grouper and trochus.
