Abstract
This Subchapter provides rules relative to the fishing for and harvesting, taking or marketing of specified marine living resources and prohibits in general fishing with explosives, poisons, chemicals and the possession of or trade in fish taken with such illegal methods. The Act also concerns fisheries statistics.
The rules concern taking or harvesting of and trade in, species of marine life such as Black-Lip Mother-of-Pearl Oyster Shell, freshwater shrimps, sponges, turtles, mangrove crabs, coconut crabs, and lobsters.
