Title 26 of the Code of Federated States of Micronesia - Historical Sites Antiquities.

This Act makes provision for the conservation of Micronesian culture and cultural heritage.
The Director of Administrative Services shall oversee the identification, conservation, and protection of historic properties and cultural attributes within the Federated States of Micronesia. The Act also specifies powers of the Institute for Micronesian History and Culture, prescribes procedures for the identification of Micronesian historic properties or cultural attributes and their protection from negative impact and prohibits the movement or damaging of historical artefacts without the permission of the competent authority.
