Title 30 of the Chuuk State Code - Chuuk Public Utility Corporation Act of 1996.

This Act establishes the Chuuk Public Utility Corporation and defines its powers, functions and internal organization.
The Corporation shall operate as a provider of all public utilities within the State including providing, maintaining and improving the water, electric and sewerage systems. The Corporation shall also, among other things, prepare public utility maintenance and improvement plans, shall fix rates for services and make Regulations regarding the collection of such rates.
