Access to the Countryside (Coastal Margin) (England) Order 2010 (S.I. No. 558 of 2010).

This Order, made under the Countryside and Rights of Way Act 2000, sets out, for England, descriptions of land which are coastal margin for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act. It also makes provision with respect to specified proposals relating to land which is coastal margin.
