Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland establishing a Single Maritime Boundary between the Exclusive Economic Zones of the two countries and parts of their Continental Shelves.

This Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland amends the Agreement of 7 November 1988 concerning the delimitation of areas of the continental shelf between the two countries by redefining the maritime boundaries of the two countries in the Irish Sea and the South West Area and the North West Area. The Agreement also stipulates that continental shelf boundary shall also be the boundary between the Exclusive Economic Zones of the two countries in specified areas.
